This is a recognised qualification for those wishing to manage a service in the Children and Young People’s Workforce in England (similar qualifications for all the other home countries within the UK are also available) and is the mandatory qualification for workers in many childcare professions.

The awards are generic in that holders of the award can assess any subject in which they are deemed to be occupationally competent and qualified. Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (QCF) develops skills, knowledge and understanding to enable learners to lead a team of internal quality assurers.
This is a recognised qualification for those wishing to become teachers or trainers in adult education and replaces the older CTLLS (Certificate to teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector) teaching course. The course is generic in that holders of the qualification can teach or train any subject in which they are deemed to be occupationally competent.
This award is designed for key workers delivering intense support to families with multiple and complex needs using the family intervention model.
The Level 3 Diploma in Specialist Support for Teaching and Learning in Schools combines knowledge and practice for those specialist support staff roles that directly support teaching and learning.
